Stay Healthy During Your Pregnancy and Beyond

Preparing for childbirth is an exciting time for expecting mothers. However, many navigate through the experience with unresolved queries about their pelvic floor and appropriate exercises.

Unlike in other countries, where postnatal support is government-funded for three months, Australian healthcare often lacks in providing thorough education and support in areas like pelvic floor recovery, toileting, musculoskeletal issues or return to exercise. Many women join pre-natal classes, however, these courses focus on the birthing process and do not include pelvic floor assessment and the impact of birth on the mother.

For optimal care, it’s beneficial to have at least two consultations with expecting mothers before childbirth and two follow-ups post-delivery.

This is why we have created our Pregnancy & Postpartum Packages. These packages aim to provide comprehensive support and education, at a reduced cost, to women throughout their pregnancy journey and beyond.
