  • Can I claim women’s health physiotherapy through private health insurance?

    Yes, physiotherapy is generally covered under most extras policies. HICAPS is available in-clinic for on-the-spot claiming, but coverage may vary depending on your provider and level of cover.

  • Do you offer support for returning to exercise or running after birth?

    Yes. We offer structured postnatal assessments and can guide your return to exercise or sport based on your recovery, goals, and any specific concerns like abdominal separation or pelvic floor function.
