Tailored Programming to Support Your Performance
At Roar Physiotherapy, we know that movement matters — not just in the clinic, but in life, in sport, and in everything in between. That’s why our Strength & Conditioning service is built around your unique needs, goals, and physical capabilities.
We offer individualised, online programming that’s designed to complement your rehabilitation, boost athletic performance, or simply help you feel and move better day to day. Whether you’re returning from injury, building a foundation for sport, or chasing specific physical outcomes, our programming provides structure, accountability and progression.
How it Works
Your journey starts with an in-depth consultation to better understand your background, current abilities, training history and goals. From there, we design a custom four-week training block, which can be performed at home or in the gym. Every exercise, rep and rest period is mapped out specifically for you — no generic templates or guesswork.
Our programs are suitable for all levels and can be adapted to suit any stage of rehab or performance cycle. They’re also a great option for people looking to transition out of traditional physiotherapy but still wanting structured support as they progress.
What We Focus On
Our strength and conditioning plans target the development of key physical attributes, including:
- Running mechanics and capacity
- Strength development (across upper and lower body)
- Explosive power
- Muscular endurance
- Body composition and aesthetic goals
- Sport-specific movement and skill refinement
By combining clinical insight with real-world training principles, we help guide you toward improved function and performance — safely, progressively, and with clear intent behind every movement.
