Your physiotherapy sessions are built around your goals. We’ll take the time to understand what’s going on, what matters to you, and how we can support your recovery — whether you’re managing a new injury, chronic pain, or post-operative rehab. You’re always part of the decision-making process, with a clear, practical plan tailored to your lifestyle.

Frequently Asked Questions
Read on for some of our most frequently asked questions. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Please get in touch!
What conditions can physiotherapy help with?
Physiotherapy can assist with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, sports injuries, joint issues, tendon pain, arthritis, and post-surgical rehabilitation. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us — we’ll help guide you to the right service.
Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
No referral is needed to book an appointment with a physiotherapist. You can contact us directly or book online for any of our Cockburn, Bibra Lake or Canning Vale locations.
Can I claim physiotherapy through my private health fund?
Yes. Physiotherapy is covered under most private health insurance extras policies. We have HICAPS on site, so you can claim your rebate instantly at the time of your appointment.
What should I wear to my physiotherapy appointment?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and gives access to the area being assessed. For example, shorts for knee or hip assessments, or a singlet for shoulder or upper back issues.
Do you treat athletes and active individuals?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are involved in barbell sports, martial arts, field sports or gym training. Our clinics are located inside Roar Active gyms, giving us the space and equipment to support active rehab and performance goals.
