Hayden
PhysiotherapistHayden is a Curtin University graduate and has completed his Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) as well as the ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning coach qualification. Growing up, Hayden played a variety of sports including water polo, gymnastics, AFL, soccer, and even sailing. This has led him to his interest in all things sports-related, as well as health & fitness, nutrition, and in particular, strength and conditioning.
Hayden has held previous roles at South Fremantle Football Club (WAFL) as a Colts Rehabilitation Coordinator (2021), Futures Head Physiotherapist (2021-2024), as well as a League Assistant Physiotherapist during the Bulldogs’ 2025 premiership season. Hayden has also completed 1 year part-time of the Masters of Clinical Physiotherapy (Sports Major) at Curtin University, where he and his research team conducted original research into the use of mouthguard sensor technology for monitoring concussion.
Hayden also has a keen interest in gym-related pain, injuries, and rehabilitation. He has successfully worked with competitive body-builders, cross-fitters, and martial arts athletes, record-holding powerlifting athletes, and field-sports athletes such as AFL, rugby, hockey and soccer.
Given Hayden’s background in sports and strength & conditioning, he prides himself on his ability to combine hands-on treatment with active rehabilitation as needed. He also enjoys improving his patients’ understanding of their condition so they can take an active role in their treatment and management.
In 2026, Hayden is returning to full-time university to study Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) at The University of Notre Dame Fremantle, and will be continuing to consult at Roar Physiotherapy on a part-time basis.
